You can receive it in person from the council with your ID Card as proof.
Council is not an employment authority to provide you job. It is a registration authority and to register your qualification obtained by the recognized examining bodies and allow you to practise your profession in legal and safe manner by issuing registration number.
NOC stands for No Objection Certificate. To get registered in other State Nursing Council, an authentic NOC from the parent Nursing Council is Mandatory.
Obtaining NOC is a confidential process. It will be sent directly to the Registrar of Parent Nursing Council on the candidate’s written request for registration.
